Executive Vice President of Commercial Development

Tim is Executive Vice President of Commercial Development for Informa’s Global Exhibitions Division, responsible for driving new revenue opportunities across Informa’s global network of exhibitions. Tim had run strategy and M&A for UBM Americas, a $600m revenue division of UBM plc, for five years. In that role, he led all aspects of the business’s growth strategy, including three-year planning, deal sourcing, target evaluation, acquisition execution and integration. During this time, UBM completed eleven acquisitions in the US, Mexico and Brazil. Prior to joining UBM, Tim spent a decade at AMR International, the leading strategy consulting firm serving the information services industry. Tim holds a BA in History from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in General Management from HEC Paris.
