Richard is the Divisional Marketing Director of Informa’s Global Exhibitions Division. He is responsible for implementing a customer-first, data driven approach into marketing processes, strategies and technologies deployed across Informa’s Global Exhibitions Division and in addition is responsible for the division’s corporate communications. Richard has over 15 years’ sales and marketing experience in the events industry, firstly as Event Director with London-based First Conferences and subsequently as Head of Marketing for GovNet Communications. He joined Informa in April 2006 as the marketing lead on several key exhibition brands in the Middle East. Richard has an honours degree in Management from Brunel University London.
